To open an account with v2131, you must meet all of the following conditions. Failure to meet any one of them will result in the registration being considered void and the account being closed.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, v2131 may suspend or terminate the account at any time. Funds held in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact v2131 support immediately.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on v2131. These rules are in place to protect the interests of our users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where the cash-out feature is available.
• Pre-match bets can be placed before an event starts, and live bets can be placed while an event is in progress — in both cases, the odds displayed at that moment are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, v2131 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one leg is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.

• Deposits and winnings may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used to make the deposit.

• Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher count toward wagering requirements — bets placed at lower odds will not be counted.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously — a second bonus cannot be activated until the conditions of the first are fully met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure the fair and proper operation of the v2131 platform for all users.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening an account solely to claim bonuses, or systematically circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
• Bots & Automation: Placing automated bets using any software, bot, or script.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event, or participating in such manipulation.
• Account Selling: Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach platform security or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

V2131 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Any data we collect is used solely to improve our platform services and to meet legal obligations.

• Personal details provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and email — are stored securely.
• V2131 does not sell or share user data with third parties — the only exception being when required by law.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided KYC verification has been completed.

For any dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment, or account matter, please follow the process below.

• Step 2: The v2131 support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step 3: Complex cases may take 7–14 business days to resolve.
• Step 4: v2131's decision shall be considered final.

In the event of a dispute, v2131's server logs, betting records, and transaction history will serve as the authoritative source of evidence.

V2131 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via SMS to their registered mobile number or through in-app notifications.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
